When to consume
FFL Protein Oats can be consumed as a post-exercise recovery meal, a healthy breakfast, or any time snack throughout the day. Whether at home or on the go, it’s a quick protein meal source that can be cooked or soaked at your convenience.
How to use
Soak protein oats when in a rush - Mix 65g (1 serving = ¾ cup) with 150ml hot water or milk and mix well and let it soak for 10min – 15min.
Hot stove oats – Mix 65g (1 serving = ¾ cup) with 200ml water and simmer on a low heat stove for 8 -10 min.
Overnight oats Mix 65g (1 serving = ¾ cup) with 200ml water or milk mix well and place in a container or cup and leave overnight. Can be refrigerated.
Tip: Increase or decrease protein volume. Adjust serving size based on needs (1.5 serving = 31.5g / 2 servings = 42g protein) Want a small on-the-go snack? Half the serving size for 10.5 g protein
