- Posts/Stories about your training and/or diet around 5 times a week.
- Must be based in South Africa.

Terms of the current FFL Ambassador Program ends July 31, 2022. If at any time it is determined that a participant of the FFL Ambassador Program has not met the requirements or is conducting himself/herself in a manner not compliant with the program expectations, membership of the ambassador program will be revoked for the participant and any benefits of the program will be immediately forfeited.
Approval is subject to signing the terms and conditions of FFL Ambassador program.
